● The tournament will be run on two machines utilizing new I/O hardware.
● Players will be required to use Hard Judgement (HJ) at all times.
● Bar use is allowed at any time.
● Machine scoring will be used.
● All Speed, Auto Velocity, and Noteskin options are allowed.
● Mods from the Display category are allowed.
○ BGA DARK will be used at all times.
● Mods in the Path, Alternate, Judge, and Rank categories are strictly prohibited.
● All players are expected to play through their songs at all times.
○ Visibly forfeiting (i.e. stepping off the pads) will result in a LOSS for the song.
○ Tournament coordinators are allowed to end a song early in a match if a player (visibly) forfeits.
○ In the event that both players FAIL or STOP playing, the player with the higher score wins.
● Please stay updated with the schedule and bracket to know when you are needed for your match.
○ There will be a 2-minute waiting period when your name is called.
○ If you are not present by then, the match will be postponed until we finish the rest of the matches in the current tournament period.
○ If you are not present after all other matches in the current round have finished, you will:
■ Winner’s Bracket: Result in a LOSS for your match.
■ Loser’s Bracket: Result in DISQUALIFICATION from the tournament.

Community Effort Orlando (often shortened to CEO) is an annual fighting game event held in Daytona Beach, Florida. Prior to 2018, CEO was held in Orlando, Florida. Introduced in 2010 and organized by Alex Jebailey, the event is known for its strong ties to the fighting game community. Fighting game players compete in a wrestling ring during the event's tournaments, and CEO has been a mainstay of the Capcom Pro Tour since its establishment in 2014. An annual side-event titled CEOtaku was initiated in 2015.
