What you will be needing

2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
2/3 cup chopped onion sautéed then cooled
1 tablespoon oil for sautéing onion
1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
2 large beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme rubbed between hands
1 tablespoon  Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional 1/3 cup red or green bell peppers
Sautéed

Gravy
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups beef broth or chicken broth i use knorr bouillon powder
2 teaspoons  Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet browning seasoning 

I added no salt the bouillon had enough salt
