Beat the Heat Week/ Cleaning out the fridge and Eating leftovers

We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary this past weekend. Me and my sister had a lot of food left over. My fridge is in chaos so today I'm organizing the fridge and I'm planning to eat the party leftovers over the next couple of days.
We are expecting a heat wave this week here in Northern Ontario. So I won't be cooking hot meals. It's a leftover kind of week. I'm going to take it easy this week and try and get over this nasty sinus infection. Thank God the food I have left over is all easy to eat and does not require reheating 😊
