Maharashtra Elections 2019:With Rahul, Priyanka missing, has Congress conceded defeat?

"While all the three main parties of the Maharashtra politics, Congress which once held the reins of Maharashtra Politics seems to be lost. While the rest of the parties have rolled out campaigns and touring the state, congress is the one party who seemed to have lost the plot. While there are activities conducted by the state's Youth wing president Satyajeet Tambe, apart from that there doesn't seem to be much happening on the ground level. The Infighting is yet to see a solution.
