First, please don't forget to buy Banff Park Pass, it is required for everyone, unless you are going on tour then they may include it. Staying in Canmore, they don't require Banff Park Pass, but if you plan to visit Kananaskis Park, you have to get Kananaskis Pass (it is different from Banff Park Pass). I know, I know, so many passes 🫠🫠

📍Day 1: half day
Arrive Calgary Airport at 11am, eat Brazilian Steak at Pampas, $39.85/person
Grocery at Safeway
Drive to Camore
It was raining so we just drive around see nature in Canmore town.

📍Day 2:
8am: self breakfast and coffee
9:00am - 12pm: Canmore downtown, Spring Creek , Wildflower Garden, Quarry Lake, White man Pond, Grassi Lake. Note: for Quarry Lake, White and Pond, Grass Lake, you have to pay for parking.
1pm: lunch (peanut butter, apple, banana)
2pm: tour Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. TOUR: https://www.canmore-travel.com

📍Day 3:
7am: breakfast
8am: leave hotel
9am:Vermillion
9:30: Banff sign

🚗Free parking:
1. Buffalo nation Museums to see: nancy pauw brige, bow falls, downtown, surprise corner.
2. at the Train Station Public Parking Lot, on Bow Avenue, and in the Bear Street parkade.

From the parking, you can walk to: Nancy Bridge, Banff downtown, Bow Falls, along Bow Rivers, Cascade Garden.

4pm: Cave and Basin
5pm: Norquay, 🚗Free parking at at the Train Station Public Parking Lot, on Bow Avenue, and in the Bear Street parkade, then take free shuttle to Norquay
6pm: Dinner at Banff downtown - Chuck Steak House - $CAD 93

🏃🏼‍♀️Total: 7.6 miles

📍Day 4
Start at 10am
10:45am: Johnston Caynon (they have two free parkings, it will be full after 11am, so you will need to get up early).
2:30pm: Natural Bridge
3:00pm: Emerald Lake
4:30pm: Yoho National Park Visitor Centre to eat snack
8pm: Dinner at Stirling Dining Room and Lounge

📍Day 5:
Rain in the morning, breakfast at hotel, chill,
Lunch: Craigs' Way Station
Start at 2pm: Lake Louis Gondola, $60/person
🚗Free parking at 1 Whitehorn Road, Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada, T0L 1E0
4pm: drive to Wapta Falls
Pros: not crowded, feel like you walk in wild nature.
Cons: the drive is not easy, need full attention (wildlife cross), if you are coming from Banff, you will turn left into Wapta Falls (please note that it has neither middle lane to slow down nor sign to turn left, you need to manage to slow down on your own or do u-turn when it is less traffic

Stop by Engine Bridge in Canmore before driving back to Calgary
