Hi there , this is Ike Stranathan the CEO of STAFFVIRTUAL and I often get asked how does outsourcing work or how does it work for your company and i thought it would be good to just sort of summarize our four-step outsourcing process every company operates a little bit different but we have a very simple four step process that could be drub broken down into planning, recruitment , training and management so the first step is that planning step that Workforce planning step where we're gonna sit down with you and really take a deep dive into your company where the bottlenecks are , what processed we can take off your shoulder and onto ours and in that workforce planning stage we're gonna be basically specking out your team. , how many people you need , what skills and experience of those team members is required what hours would you like them to work , those are really critical questions that we have to answer right at the beginning before we start recruitment which is the second part.so recruitment is just that, we're gonna go out and recruit your staff and build your custom team from the ground up according to your exact specifications and so we'll put out ads on facebook other job sites we use like monster LinkedIn. all the big ones , we'll get maybe 500 100 resumes for every one job post, we're gonna narrow those down to three or four and the present that shortlist of candidates for you to make the final selection you can either do the interview yourself or leave that entirely to us , now after we've recruited your team which usually takes around three weeks , we're gonna go ahead and start the training and onboarding of those team members , so its about putting together the right people process and technology and of course training to make sure everyone knows what's going on. so the training phase depends on the complexity of the task that they're going to be doing the size of the team obviously we have some processes that are dead simple that literally take a day to train on like maybe data entry processes we have other clients that have a very complex business model and it might take months to fully train their team and get them very confident on a process so training time depends on a few things like I mentioned earlier and sometimes our clients even visit our facility for training and in other cases we've sent our staff to the clients locations in Australia or America for training. Most training is done over Skype or zoom video now once we've got your trained staff ready to go incompetent we're gonna go ahead and start operations for you and then it becomes a matter of how well we manage that team. Management is really the key to a successful offshore remote team. You're only as good as your managers just like your employees back home SO in order to manage your staff we have to set KPIs and we have to make sure that they're hitting those KPIs and we have to report regularly back to the client on how well their team is doing , so it all comes down to setting those expectations. what does a good day look like and and then measuring those team members and then constantly improving performance and constantly tweaking if a you have a team of five or ten and let's say one or two agents aren't doing as well as the top two agents , what's going on there maybe we should have those top two agents cross train those lowest performing agents. so to recap, our process is really broken down into four steps. first we need the workforce plan then we recruit then we train your staff and then we manage them. so that's really in a nutshell how it works , so if you found this video helpful about outsourcing to the Philippines please like and subscribe to our Youtube channel thanks!
