40 Minute Lower Body Work It Circuit | Lower Body Workout - Burn 330 Calories*
I love the lower body work it circuit! I place my dumbbells, out in front of mat. We then hit 2 leg strength exercise, one cardio, 2 leg strength exercises, one cardio. Each circuit is repeated 2x.

You will need: A variety of dumbbells are used 12, 15, 20, 30 LBS

*Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4
