From Flat Grey to Dramatic Black and White Landscape using Nik Silver Efex Pro

When the weather turns boring, you can turn to black and white to save your landscape photos. In this video I demonstrate how I turned a flat, dull scene into a dramatic landscape, all using Nik Silver Efex Pro.

Starting with corrections and basic adjustments in Lightroom we move to Photoshop. Here we apply adjustments to a new layer using Nik Silver Efex Pro 2. Following that we finish the image by applying selective Dodging & Burning in Photoshop using a non-destructive technique.

The tutorial demonstrates the entire workflow from start to finish and leaves nothing out.
