Cut the top off a jalapeño
Use a fork to scoop out the seeds and pith
Combine 1 cup of shredded cheddar, with 1 cup of room temperature cream cheese, 1 cup of bacon bits and 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
Fill the jalapeno with the cheese mix and place it in the fridge
Combine 4 eggs with 1/2 cup of hot sauce
Slice the stuffed pepper into 1/2 inch rounds
Coat it in some flour, then in the hot sauce mix, then in bread crumbs
Fry the bites for 1 minute in 375 degree cooking oil. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer and bake them for 8 minutes at 375
Dip in your favorite sauce or enjoy as is!
