Amanda Ingram plays the daughter of aerospace scientist Laz Ingram. Amber Patiño said she had just as much fun off screen as on screen while working on THE FIRST. The positive and uplifting environment bar none was one of the greatest experiences she’s had on any set. She feels as if she’s gained an amazing new family.

Amber is a huge advocate in the fight against cancer and is part of an organization called the Smile High Club Inc., where they take time empowering kids battling cancer. When recently she was asked to cut her hair at an audition she said, Amber is an artist and a singer/songwriter who is never far from her ukulele and sketch and songbook. Having spent some time filming, THE FIRST, Amber really took to heart the very real concern -- what are we doing to our planet and where would we go if it all died? On set, she spent time sketching planets, stars and space and writing her thoughts about our ever-changing environment.

SINGER & SONGWRITER:
Amber and her music partner/producer Lucas Bakker quickly went to work on what was to become her first single to be signed on by an indie label owned by Rome Ramirez of Sublime. Thus, Supernova was born.
