Bloodstained Curse of the Moon Spoilers. These are the four main endings that can be obtained in the game. I haven't tested any combinations of kill/spare/recruit allies yet, so there could be more, but as it stands, these are the main four endings.

First Ending (Bad Ending): Recruit all allies and defeat the final boss normally.

Second Ending (Good Ending): Nightmare Mode picks up where the first ending left off. (Sorry about the mouse in the video).

Third Ending (Worst Ending): Kill all allies and defeat the final boss.

Fourth Ending (Best Ending): Spare (neither kill nor recruit) all allies and defeat the final boss. * I believe this is the canon/official ending*.
