Hot rods, customs and classic trucks have been utilizing the simple and clean looks of steel wheels for many years. This look, established in 1940 by Ford Motor Company, is iconic today and known by many as the Gennie.

Wheel Vintiques produces the Gennie in many sizes, ranging from fifteen by five all the way up to eighteen by five and a half. Custom backspacing is available on all sizes. All Gennie wheels are proudly made in the USA.

The Gennie wheel is available in four popular five-lug bolt patterns, including five by four-and-a-half, five by four-and-three-quarters, five by five and five by five-and-a-half-inches. All Gennie wheels, aside from seventeen and eighteen inch diameters feature dual bolt patterns for a wide range of fitments.

Wheel Vintiques uses modern tooling with a multi-stage stamping process to create the wheel’s center section. The wheels accept stock 1940 to 1948 Ford eight-and-one-eighth-inch center caps, as well the wide range of Wheel Vintiques reproduction caps and trim rings

Standard finish for the 14 series Gennie wheel is gray primer. Options such as a brilliant show chrome rim with bare metal center is standard with the 15 series Gennie, and full chrome plating is standard for the 16 series Gennie. Custom powder coating is also available.
