Severe Weather season is upon us. Meteorologist Tom Russell looks at what Severe Weather Threats are in store for Central PA.

First and foremost, Flooding is the greatest severe weather threat here in Central Pennsylvania, hands down. It comes in the form of flash flooding and also creek, stream and river flooding. But major flooding is still pretty rare.
