I begin by creating an A4-sized canvas and adding the title “Goal Setting Worksheet” at the top using an elegant, easy-to-read font. I insert a divider line to clearly separate the header from the worksheet content.

Below the title, I build a structured layout using text and shapes, adding space for three checkboxes and written explanations under each question. The worksheet includes these key goal-setting prompts:
1. What are your top 3 goals?
2. Why are these goals important to you?
3. What steps will you take to achieve these goals?
