$20 Campground near VIRGINIA CREEPER TRAIL | Sugar Hollow Park Review: Camping in Virginia

If you are looking for RV sites or camping near the Virginia Creeper Trail Sugar Hollow Park is a great choice! Sugar Hollow Park is a campground in Bristol, Virginia. The Creeper Trail is a mostly downhill bike trail that takes you through beautiful towns like Abingdon and Damascus. The RV parks directly along the trail were full when we tried to book and we found Sugar Hollow Park on Campendium. Quiet, not crowded, conveniently located but with a beautiful state park feel. For only $20 a night (CASH ONLY) we definitely recommend Sugar Hollow! It was only 15 minutes from the bike shop in Abingdon where you could rent bikes or book a ride on the shuttle if you have your own bike.
