1. The outposts have been relocated to the Dire/Radiant jungles and only provide ground vision in a 700 radius
2. The dire cliff spot near the easy camp has been removed which makes the tip I mention for spying incoming enemy couriers redundant. Place this ward further into the lane or up on the cliff near the dire toplane tier 2 tower to spy couriers!
