Porsche Cayenne: Headlight Ballast Part 3

Crap! My headlights are broken again! Yep, that's three times my headlights have let me down this year. The error i'm getting is "check dipped beam" and my headlights are now flickering at random. Will a new pair of ballast fix my problems?
