Hello, my name is Tiffany Carter and I am a woman & child of GOD first and foremost as well as a wife, busy full-time working mom of 2, and entrepreneur, so I know how valuable our time is!

In this short video I discuss the 3 types of booty bands I have used and discuss why I believe they are worth adding to your next workout and why.

I am NOT a personal trainer or nutritionist of any sort! I would consider myself more of a health coach / cheerleader!! I like to look at things from a more holistic point of view because when it comes to our health it ALL matters!
