E-Flight Su-30 grass mods

If you have The beautiful E-flite Su-30 twin 70mm, hopefully you are close to a concrete air strip. If not, a golf course, or hard pack beach has been the only solution for those of us who don't have a concrete airfield close by.. I learned that today (see video "You gone learn today), that no matter how much power you think the plane has, it is no match for a locked up with grass front wheel looking to rotate, lol. The front tire shroud never even crossed my mind as a disqualifier for grass take offs and landings, because this Su-30 from Horizon Hobby has plenty of power, especially with the Spektrum 7000mah 30c 6s battery in the tray.. Anyways, taxiing out to the runway, and subsequent attempt at rotation ending with a tire stopping amount of grass collected between the shroud and the tire. Silly me thought itnwas due to the u-turn to line up the runway, so Ckeared tire debris out, walked the plane out and set down on runway.. Ready for take off! Full throttle, R/C geeks afterburners are lit, we are moving, and in 5 feet this shround has again collected enough debris to have stopped the tire, again. Smh, hell i use to fly a habu from grass, tbis should not ne different. So with the easy fix I've come up with (🤞🏽 it works) I can keep my scale shroud, and still achieve proper airspeed to rotate..However, lol, if it doesn't work, "the shroud gotta go homeboy" (ConAir)!
