The best RAT under $40: SONICAKE RUDE MOUSE

This is the Sonicake Rude Mouse, a Hot Rodded, Rat style pedal with classic tones as well as some modded one. The Rude Mouse has a toggle switch that let's you select the standard Rat style voicing, or pick the Hot mode which sounds louder and more mid-boosted.

There is plenty of gain on tap, as well as volume and the Filter knob is extremely powerful. I'm running the Sonicake Rude Mouse through my 2005 Bad Cat Hot Cat 30r, in the normal channel. The cab is a 2x12 Bad Cat, Celestion loaded speaker cab. Using an Aston Origin and Shure SM57.
