GUITAR OF THE WEEK #5---1987 Fender Gemini

My first proper guitar, this Fender Gemini (A6615037) was bought new in March of 1988 and has traveled with me all across Canada by land and air which upon boarding it's first flight with an airline that will remain unnamed, sustained it's second broken brace! It's been re-fretted once so far and recently electrified by R Guitars here in Calgary. To help keep tension to a minimum on her old top, I tune it down a whole step which lends itself perfectly to some of the examples in this video. Plugged into my trusty old Roland Cube 30 on the Acoustic setting with a touch of reverb and a bit more 'verb added at the board. EQ is flat.
