Quform has some easy to add bulk options for elements that allow multiple options such as the Select Element used in this demo for U.S Sates. You will find bulk uploads for Countries, U.S. States, Canadian Provinces, UK Counties ,German States, Dutch Provinces, Continents, Gender, Age, Marital Status, Months, Income and Days.

You can modify bulk options before sending them to the element. You can also add your own bulk options by separating each option with a line space and paste it into the field on the right.
