Kotler Award For PM Sparks Row

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was awarded the first ever Philip Kotler Presidential Award earlier this week, and he received a flurry of congratulations from his cabinet. Some ministers described it as a "proud day for all Indians". But opposition leaders posted some tongue and cheek wishes for PM. Rahul Gandhi said he wants to "congratulate" PM Modi on winning "the world famous" prize that has no jury.
