Is the Petal Credit Card a Scam or Not and do I recommend it?

What is Petal Credit Card: It’s a credit card that allows people with excellent credit card history or no history at all to get access to a decent credit card and prove that they are worthy. No fees and no tricky ways to get you to pay interest for 40 years of your life.

Pros of Petal Credit Card:
No Fees and they mean it they put it in the agreement
Tells you how much you would pay in history at a certain payment
Not just credit but your bank account also is taking into account
It's for people new to credit, but not with bad credit and miss payments and bankruptcies
Very transparent company
Customer service

Cons of the Petal Credit Card:
It should include special promotions for 3-5% at different retailers
The apr is high but normal when you're talking about started cards (But its standard for these cards)
Only 10k in credit
