Why is Zillow's "Zestimate" so WRONG?!

Automated Home Valuation systems like Zillow's' "Zestimate" are wildly inaccurate and a source of legit frustration for me as an agent. There's nothing worse than dashing a sellers' hope when they think their house is worth DOUBLE what it really is. Don't let this be you!

Don't rely on computer generated programs to value the worth of your greatest asset! I put the ground work and labor back into home valuation. I pull legitimate comps and can back up the value I put on your home with facts and numbers. Zillow can't do that!
