A compilation of WDM3D, WDG4, WDG4G, and WDG6G MU locomotives on max power as they haul BCNA rakes to Chikmagalur on the Kadur-Chikmagalur branch line. The line gains almost 200m elevation during the last 20-odd kilometers so is a good section to see diesels on max power as they manage their heavy fertiliser loads.

All videos were shot at roughly the same location in 2024, with the first video having been shot slightly ahead a couple of years back when ALCOs were on the last leg of their locomotion journey in Indian Railways.
