Net Current on 3 different branch Circuits

This is a customer that gave me call to survey for EMF kind of focusing on what possible affects are from fiber optics and what I found was wiring errors on 4 different branch circuits by clamping over circuits above the Electric Box. My electrician who is studying to become a Building Biologist found in two different 3 wire switches a wiring error. With the power off we were still getting net current even though we disconnected the bond wire off the water pipe. I know the water pipe is a problem because we have 2 Amps of objectional current on the water pipe with power Off. So, Yes we have current coming in from the grid riding on the water pipe. The next step is we need to cut the water pipe and install PEC Tubing. Because the basement had a drop ceiling, we cannot see all the possibilities that may be bonded to the water pipe. And the water pipe being cut will prevent high magnetic fields along the floor in the kitchen and Family Room. We see this mess in about 50% of the homes in the US.
