Boston College vs. Duke: The top-ranked Blue Devils survived a halfcourt heave by Louis Hinnant to defeat the #7 Eagles, 78-76 in the ACC Championship Game. This was the Blue Devils' ninth consecutive appearance in the ACC Tournament Championship Game and their seventh ACC Tournament Title in the last eight years. JJ Redick hit two clutch threes in the final 90 seconds to get the Blue Devils from down by two to up by one. Reddick was 7-11 from three-point range and scored 26 points on his way to being named the ACC Tournament's Most Outstanding Player. Sheldon Williams had 18 points, eight rebounds, and three blocks. Josh McRoberts added 16 points and five rebounds. For Boston College, Hinnant led the Eagles with 20 points four assists, and three rebounds. Craig Smith had a double-double with 19 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists.
