Currently, Blenders version is 4.2 and Blender Source Tools is 3.3

I hope this helps people! Its been a while since the last one!

Common issues fixes:
Missing textures (pink/purple/black checkered boxes)
1. In blender, the material name must be the same as the vmt file
2. In the qc file, the variable cdmaterials is the FOLDER where the vmt file(s) are located. NOT a link to the vmt FILE itself
3. The vmt file points DIRECTLY to the vtf file using the basetexture variable
