Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough stuffed with a mixture of mashed potato and spices, which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee. Aloo paratha is usually served with butter, chutney, or Indian pickles in different parts of northern and western India.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour: 375 grams
Water: as per requirement
Dry Red chilies: 4 pieces
Coriander seeds : 1 Table spoon
Carom/Ajwain: 1 Teaspoon
Dry pomegranate seeds: 1 Table spoon
Fenugreek: 2 Table spoon
Desi ghee/ Oil: ¼ litre
Table salt: 2 Table spoons
Red Chili powder: 1 Table spoon
Turmeric powder: 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Mixed Masala/Spices powder: 1 Teaspoon
Mint Leaves: small quantity
Coriander leaves: 2-3 Stalks cut
Onion: 1 medium sized
Green Chili: 4 pieces
Potato: 7 medium sized
Direction:
1. Cut the onions and green chilies in small pieces
1. Take 1 litre of water in a pot and add potatoes in it.
2. Let them boil.
3. Peel their skin with a knife or a peeler.
4. Mash them with the folk
5. Now Aloo Pratha is cooked
6. Serve it with any Kind of Chatni (Sauce)
