Things to take note:
1.You only have 20 energies per day, 5 energies are being refreshed every 6 hours, (8AM, 2PM, 8 PM, 2 AM)
Energy usage:
Adventure:
With energy = Rewards: SLP+EXP
W/o energy = Rewards: SLP ONLY

Arena (PvP)
With energy = SLP
Without energy = NO SLP but matches won were still counted for Daily Quest

2. For the first 1-2 weeks spend your energies only at the adventure mode to maximize experience gain to level up fast. 1. For the first day, spend your energies on ruins 1-3, then after leveling up at ruin 3, you may try ruin 4. If you failed to clear the ruin once go back to the previous ruin to avoid wasting energy. You may try again the next ruin after leveling up.

3. After spending your energies you may proceed with Arena mode to complete the daily quest, you tap on the daily login, complete 10 level/ruin run at adventure mode and win 5 arena matches.

4. After 3-4 weeks, you are already familiar with different axie species you battle with at the Arena, thus being able to win more matches at the Arena. If you can win arena matches (while having energy) you can gain more SLP
Ex. TOTAL SLP :
100SLP (Adventure) + 50 SLP (Daily Quest) + 70SLP(10 arena matches won with energy) = 220 SLP

5. It is recommended to play the arena early as soon as you have used up your energies so you won't have trouble completing the daily quest at the end of the day.
