Simple instructions to convert from horizontal band sealer to vertical band sealer
Horizontal band sealing machine used for sealing all types of pouches, bags etc in which waffers, grains etc are packed.In this machine you have to keep the pouch below the heat sealing head and it will seal the pouch automatically.
This model is fully stainless steel construction and in this vertical model also suitable for LD, PP, bags, comes with digital PID temperature controller & blower fan, universal joint to drive conveyor, CE approved design, variable speed, emergency stop etc.
It can seal from 100 gram pouch to 5 kg and for above 5 kg we have another model.
nitrogen gas flushing system can be attached on request.
