Samsung Galaxy Phones: Screen Mirror (Smart View) Black Bars on TV (FIXED!)

I show you how to fix black bars or boarders on your TV when you are screen mirroring (smart view) on Samsung Galaxy phones. You need to change the aspect ratio within the smart view settings. Hope this helps.
