This 12.9 inch key light comes with an AC power adapter (about 8' of total cable length), a clamp on desk stand with adjustable head, and a remote control.

The light is edge lit, so while the edges are slightly brighter than the center, you can't see any "hot spots" of individual LED elements. It is plenty bright for key light use (I typically use it at less than 100% power) and has a wide color temperature range (2900-7000K). The light and powerbrick draws a max of 28 watts when turned on at 100% (and the power brick draws 0 watts when the light is off).


The table clamp is adjustable to fit narrow or thick tables, and includes holes where you could screw it to the side of a workbench made from 2x4's without using the clamp at all if you want. The clamping handle can "ratchet" so you don't need to be able to rotate it all the way around to clamp to the table, and both the top and bottom of the clamping "jaw" has protective rubber pads.

The adjustable head comes with a camera cold shoe bracket which might be useful to have, but in my opinion, the light itself is too large and heavy to mount to the top of a DSLR camera via the cold shoe bracket (I suspect it is a "stock part" included by default with the adjustable head, but it might be useful if you were mounting to a camera rack where you were not worried about putting extra torque onto a metal cold shoe mount point.)

The light has a large LED display on the back showing the current illumination level (0-100%), color temperature (2900-7000 K) and the radio channel number of the light.

The package includes two ways to control the light remotely. The first is a remote control that requires 2x AAA batteries (not provided). This remote has it's own LCD screen that gives you feedback on the current status of the light, which is a nice feature as you can't see the LED panel on the back of the light in the typical key light usage for a streamer. You can change the channel on both the remote and the light, so you could conceptually control other Neewer lights that use the same remote control system from a single remote, or have multiple lights and remotes that don't interfere with each other.

It also includes a 2.4 Ghz USB-A dongle that will work with the Neewer software (available only for Windows or MacOS computers) so you can control the light via software from your computer. [I didn't test this as I use Linux, but the physical remote control works great.]

Overall the light works very well, all the parts are of good quality and I feel it is a reasonable value for the purchase price.
