Amritsari Meat Handi Ingredients

Chef's Trivia

Preparation of the Masala (Part I)
30 ml Oil
2 Bay Leaves
2 Black Cardamoms
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tbsp Cumin
3 Green Cardamoms
½ tbsp Cloves
1 tsp Mace
3 Onions (chopped)
3 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
½ Kg Shoulder Meat and Mutton Chop
1 tbsp Salt
3 Tomatoes (puree)
6 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
½ tsp Tumeric Powder

To make the Curry (Part II)
1½ tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
400 ml Warm Water
2 Potatoes (peeled)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as per taste)

For Garnish
Coriander (chopped)
