5 Delicious Wild Edibles and Their Nutrients

Hey guys in this video we will discuss 5 wild edibles and their nutrients. Many nutrients exist in wild edibles, most of them have not been studied for their nutrient profiles, but some have and the results are amazing. There are five wild edibles that I also think are some of the most delicious, these also have the most nutrients in them. Edible plants like Wood Nettle, Chickweed, Morel Mushrooms, Wild Lettuce, and Garlic Mustard all have some decent information on their nutrients, but they are also very delicious, in my opinion some of the tastiest. Why do I think these are so delicious? Well their flavors are similar to other domestic foods we already consume and they are more packed with nutrients than those domestic foods as well. Garlic Mustard and Wood Nettle are some of the healthiest greens ever analyzed. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavor these wild edibles are sure to please the palate as well as being extremely healthy for you and your loved ones.
