LA463 CYLINDER REBUILD / RESEAL

Cylinder seal replacement repair video for LA463 Front End Loader that uses original Kubota seal part# 7J266-63402 and fits the following criteria.
Loader Serial numbers greater than or = 24768
Loader Serial Numbers less than B8035 without Quick Hitch
Loader Serial Numbers less than D4504 with Quick Hitch
Confirm with your Kubota dealer if you are not sure!

Workbench
Vice
Pick and Hook set
Kreg 3inch C clamp
5 pound hammer
12" Large Chisel
3/8 socket extension (6 inch long)
Universal Tractor hydraulic fluid
Access to an outdoor grill/griddle with low setting (200 degrees F)
Small pot or frying pan to heat up the GLYD seal
Thermometer to measure Hydraulic fluid temp
Brake cleaner
Diesel or degreaser
Cloth rags/ Paper towels
toothbrush
Thick Rubber gloves
22 mm wrench
10mm socket wrench with extension
10mm wrench
27 mm socket
Impact gun
Air compressor
sharpie pen
Rubber mallet
Grease / grease gun for tractor zerks
Oring Hyrdaulic Seal tool
