Managing the P3 portfolio of Canada’s largest province, Infrastructure Ontario continues to represent a significant portion of P3 projects in the country, including a tremendous number of closely watched mega projects coming on stream in the health care and transit sectors. The release of their latest quarterly update provides up-to-the-minute details on the planning and procurement on public projects, including highways, children’s treatment centres, courthouses and correctional facilities. At P3 2022, we found out what projects are top of mind for the government, how it is working with IO to determine the model used for project procurement and delivery and how the rollout of its Progressive P3 model is advancing.
