Traeger Ironwood XL Boxing Day/s Mess

We are back with another unboxing! Today was a hot mess so enjoy this full day event that basically happened at the end of Friday and beginning of Saturday with jobs in between. Friday the Traegar Grill got dropped off, I had a service call and then I installed fans in the new shop I’ve recently posted about on instagram and TikTok. Then I attempted the grill set up and ended up getting caught in the rain TWICE in the same 2 hours. By the time it had started raining the second time it was basically pointless to start cooking so we did takeout! Saturday morning I was on a job running conduit for a generator pad to be placed later in the day. My pipe had to be finished by 12 so they could pour the pad. Once I got done I got home and started seasoning the grill (a one hour process) while finishing setting up the final attachments on the grill. My baby back ribs had been marinating for a full day so when I cooked them they literally came out perfect.
