A mother’s love is the greatest love ever known. On her 60th Bday, I made this song for my wife’s mother Angela Sirisena, for her unconditional love that transcends everything in existence. There’s a saying that God couldn’t be everywhere and that’s why He created Mothers. It is certainly true of her...

It is my hope that this song not only represents my wife’s mother and my own, but speaks for how every child feels about their own mothers.

මාගේ අම්මා වෙනුවෙන්

අම්මෙක්ගේ ආදරය තමයි ලෝකයේ තිබෙන උතුම්ම ආදරය. සියලු දෙයින් අංගසම්පූර්ණ වූ අම්මෙකු හට 60 වැනි උපන් දින සිහිවටනයක් ලෙස මා විසින් විශේෂ තෑග්ගක් ඔබ හට පිරිනමන්නට සිතුවෙමි අම්මේ. කියමනක් අසා තිබෙනවාද "දෙවියන්ට හැම තැනම හැම විටම වඩින්න නොහැකි නිසයි අම්මව නිර්මාණය කර ඇත්තේ". එම නිර්මාණයට මහඟු උදාහරණයකි ඔබ අම්මේ.

මාගේ අම්මා හා සමාන ලෝකයේ සිටින සියලු අම්මාවරුන් වෙනුවෙන් මේ ගීතය පිරිනමමි.
