Fender Stock Pickups vs Seymour Duncan SJB-3

Comparing the stock pickups on a Made in Japan Fender Geddy Lee Jazz bass with the well-known Seymour Duncan SJB-3 Quarter Pound Jazz set. Overall the stock sounds thin but clear, with balanced dynamics, but maybe a little too snappy, the QPs on the other hand have a nice growl, which might be overwhelming for those who prefer a more traditional sound.
