Buter dal 250gm
Beef 1/2 kg
Chopped onion 1/3 cup
Ginger/ garlic 2 tblsp
Chili
Bay leaves 2
Cardamom 5/6
Cinnamon 2
Black pepper 8/10
Cloves 7/8
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Egg
Oil for fry
