Unturned Hard difficulty settings details:

UI
- no crosshair
- no hitmarkers

ITEMS
- fewer items & vehicles (Spawn rate is about 50% less)
- items spawn slower
- guns spawn with fewer bullets
- ammo boxes spawn with fewer bullets

ZOMBIES
- more zombies spawn
- detection radius is Larger (need more Stealth!)
- reduced chance to drop loot
- higher chance of spawning specials: Flanker, Sprinter, Spitter, etc
- zombies do MORE damage TO player
- zombies take LESS damage FROM player (higher Armor modifier)
- cannot STUN zombies!!
- zombies do more TOXIC damage!

ANIMALS
- do more damage and take more damage!

PLAYER
- Food and water drop faster (going to need more!)
- broken legs do not heal over time .. must use a SPLINT!
- bleeding does not stop on its own .. must stop bleeding w/bandages
