🍋 How to Make Homemade Honey Lemon Concentrate (No Bitterness!)

Ingredients
• 2–3 lemons
• Honey (enough for layering)

Instructions
1. Rub lemon skin with salt to remove bitterness and surface wax.
2. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Slice the lemons thinly.
4. Remove all seeds — seeds release bitterness when soaked.
5. Layer in a jar: lemon slices → honey → lemon → honey until the jar is full.
6. Seal and refrigerate for at least 3 days.
7. After 3 days, the honey and lemon will melt together into a smooth, balanced concentrate.
8. Use as a drink base, marinade, tea sweetener, or soda mix!

💜🍹 How to Make Butterfly Pea Honey Lemon Soda

Ingredients
• 2–3 tbsp honey lemon concentrate
• 1–2 lemon slices
• Ice cubes
• 120–150 ml soda water
• 50–80 ml cold butterfly pea tea (steep, then cool)

Steps
1. Add 2–3 tablespoons of honey lemon concentrate into a tall glass.
2. Add 1 lemon slice for extra flavour.
3. Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
4. Slowly pour in soda water.
5. Gently top with cold butterfly pea tea — pour slowly so the colours stay layered.
6. Stir, sip, and enjoy the magical yellow-to-purple colour change! ✨
