Top 10 Wasted Devil Fruits In One Piece

It's been awhile since the last One Piece top 10.. But wait no longer because today we're counting down the top 10 wasted devil fruits in One Piece!
To me, a wasted devil fruit, is one that was not utilized to it's full potential in some aspect. Meaning it was likely eaten by someone who is weak, unintelligent, or someone who just could have used the devil fruit in a different way.
Another title for this list could essentially be "The Top 10 Underrated Devil Fruits"
Because so many of these were wasted, they were also likely brushed over as weak fruits by most people too, when in fact they are actually a lot better than you might expect.
