Chicken Changezi

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken 1 kg
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt (450 g) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Cashew Nuts Onion Paste:
Oil 3 tbsp
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Cashew nuts 1/2 cup

Directions for Chicken Changezi:
Oil 3 tbsp + 3 tbsp
Marinated chicken
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 cups
Cashew nuts onion paste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 1/2 cup
Prepared chicken
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 cup
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp

Directions for Chicken Marination:
In a bowl add chicken, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and mix it well. Marinate it for 15-20 mins.
Directions for Cashew Nuts Onion Paste Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add onion. Cook for a minute.
Add cashew nuts and cook for a minute.
Now blend this mixture into paste. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Changezi Preparation:
In a pot heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until it changes color.
Now cover and cook until it's fully done.
In another pot heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
Add tomato puree and cook for 1-2 mins. Add cashew nuts onion paste and cook for a minute.
Add red chili powder, salt, kashmiri red chili powder and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add cooked chicken and mix it well. Cover and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream, dried fenugreek, garam masala powder and cook for 2-3 mins.
Dish it out and serve. Your Chicken Changezi is ready.

Cooking time: 40 mins
