To make a long story short, Tenebris and Ena have Prince Desmond held prisoner. Ena wants Tenebris to "finish it once and for all" but he is hesitant because he knows its wrong. Meanwhile, Zosintha is trying to get the rest of The Hall of Heroes to help her save Desmond, whom she is deeply in love with. To do this she must also work together with Desmond's father, Kind Sohan. The two don't get along very well and are forced to put that aside and work together.
