In this episode of Food, I dehydrate some frozen and fresh vegetables for use in backpacking meals and soups. It is quick and easy to do. I have the Nesco Professional dehydrator. My recommendation is to get a few extra screens for the trays, veggies shrink when you dehydrate them and the screens keep them from falling through trays.

Oddly enough this is #3 and not #2. I apparently make more videos than I remember.
