Daedric Summoning and Storm Calling from Sorcerer (skills and passives), Assassination from Nightblade (skills and passives)
No Pet for +15% damage/healing using Beacon of Oblivion gear (from Infinite Archive)
-- Summon a pet such as Twilight Matriarch to switch the bonus to Health/Armor
-- Alternate options are Noble Duelist (light armor, almost as good dps), or Sergeant's Mail (heavy armor, less DPS/more armor and requires keeping maximum stacks up)
-- Crafted Only? Lean into crits with Order's Wrath and Tide-born Wildstalker
Banner Bearer with Shock, Class Script (AOE shock damage) and Minor Resolve
-- Summon a pet to change the AOE damage to a heal from your pet
Relies on a tanky companion who can hold their own
No complex rotation, and can change to much more durable by swapping a skill out for Twilight Matriarch (with a drop in DPS)
