The ethanol was changed out of the specimen tank that holds our preserved white shark a while back. It was a great opportunity to also capture a story about another specimen, a sailfish, that resides in the same tank.

In this video, listen to collection manager Sarah Huber tell the story of one of her favorite specimen loans.

Edit: in the video she accidentally says "...as they go from ocean to water..." Whoops! It should be "...as they go from ocean to air..." (remoras stay on while host animal breaches).
